What this site collects

Only what you type into the early-access form or the custom build request form (both below). There are no accounts and no newsletter.

• No cookies. The site sets none.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds.
• No font services. Fonts are served from this site, so your browser contacts no one else to show it.
• Two small things, kept in your browser. If you press Pause animation, your browser remembers it (local storage) so the astronauts stay still on your next visit. While you browse, it also remembers where the astronauts are (session storage, cleared when you close the tab) so they don’t jump when you change page. Neither leaves your device.

Early access

The home page has a form to get early access. If you use it, we keep your email address, which tool or site you asked about, the sentence you agreed to, the site you joined from and the date. We use them to send you your invite, one email at launch, and more only if you ask for them.

The form sends this to Tenhatch’s own server, which stores it in our database at Supabase. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link; before the first one, write to support@tenhatch.com and we will remove you.

Custom build requests

The custom builds page has a form to tell us about software you need. If you send it, we keep what you entered: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, what you need built, the budget range and timing you chose, that you agreed we may contact you about the request, the page you sent it from and the date.

We use it only to reply to you, and to scope and quote the work. The form sends it to Tenhatch’s own server, which stores it in our database at Supabase. We keep it for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We never sell it, and we never add it to a marketing list.

Server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request logs (IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time) to deliver and protect the site, and keeps them for a limited time under its own privacy policy. We look at them only to fix problems or stop abuse.

Email

If you email us, we use your address and message to reply, and keep them as long as we need to handle what you asked. We do not add you to a mailing list.

The tools

Each tool has its own privacy policy, on its own site or its store listing, covering the data that tool needs to run. That policy applies when you use the tool.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

If Tenhatch is part of a merger, an acquisition or a sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask about this policy at support@tenhatch.com. We reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
